Digital Manufacturing Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our digital manufacturing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects related to Intelligent Factories and Intelligent Products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production and logistics processes, including SAP modules (PP, MM, QM) and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
