Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer Track to join our team in Berlin or Schwerin. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning and implementation of projects from phase 1-9.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, company standards, and industry best practices
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers, conduct technical reviews, and create project-specific concepts
  • Oversee the implementation of planning and construction activities, ensuring seamless coordination and communication

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in engineering or a relevant field; alternatively, possess a Master's or Technician degree with relevant experience
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of industry terms and concepts
  • Demonstrate independence, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a focus on preventing project setbacks and ensuring successful outcomes
