Project Manager for Automation and Process Enhancement

Become a Key Player as a Project Manager in Automation and Process EnhancementYour Responsibilities:
  • Formulate investment proposals and requests in alignment with the project approval process.
  • Craft comprehensive project plans, gather all pertinent data for specifications, and ensure effective data management.
  • Oversee project execution in close partnership with team members and external vendors.
  • Manage all project milestones, from vendor selection to equipment qualification and process validation.
  • Implement process improvements through systematic analysis to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
Your Profile:
  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of economic factors in product development and proficiency in work studies, layout design, and operational organization.
  • Experience with process design methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Management, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and decisiveness.
