We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director Business Development to lead our hydrogen storage project in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the growth of our hydrogen business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, project management, and leadership. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the growth of our hydrogen business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hydrogen market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, project management, and leadership
  • Strong background in the energy sector, with a focus on hydrogen and renewable energy
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing business development strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
