Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Business Development Manager, der sich auf die Entwicklung und Ausbau von strategischen Partnerschaften in Osteuropa spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres kleinen, leidenschaftlichen Teams wirst du die Möglichkeit haben, deine Fähigkeiten einzusetzen, um die Möbelbranche zu verändern.

Aufgaben
  • **Identifizierung von vielversprechenden Herstellern**: Du identifizierst Hersteller in Osteuropa, die sich auf die Produktion von Möbeln spezialisieren, und entwickelst strategische Partnerschaften mit ihnen.
  • **Kommunikation und Verhandlung**: Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke überzeugst du die Hersteller von den Vorteilen einer Zusammenarbeit und entwickelst bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen weiter.
  • **Auftragsvolumen und Verhandlungen**: Du definierst das Auftragsvolumen und verhandelst Konditionen sowie Preise mit unseren Partnern.
  • **Wertschöpfungskette**: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette, von der Produktidentifikation bis zur erfolgreichen Anlieferung, und achtest darauf, dass die Prozesse effizient und reibungslos ablaufen.
  • **Lieferlogistik und Zollabwicklung**: Du steuerst und überwachst die komplette Lieferlogistik und Zollabwicklung, um die Qualität und Liefertreue unserer Produkte sicherzustellen.
Qualifikationen
  • **Sprachkenntnisse**: Als Verantwortlicher für den Aufbau neuer Geschäftsbeziehungen auf dem osteuropäischen Markt verfügst du über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • **Berufserfahrung**: Erste relevante Berufserfahrung, zum Beispiel im Business Development, Operations, Einkauf o. Ä., sind von Vorteil.
  • **Studium**: Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Produktion und Logistik o. Ä.
  • **IT-Affinität**: IT-Affinität und fortgeschrittene Microsoft Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel.
  • **Persönliche Eigenschaften**: Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-On-Mentalität.
