Business Development Manager

Digital Waffle is partnering with a leading e-commerce fulfilment company to find a skilled Business Development Manager to join their growing German team. The ideal candidate will be based in Berlin and have a strong drive for generating new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
- Previous experience in the fulfilment, logistics, or e-commerce industries
- Solid sales skills and a drive for winning new business
- Ability to work on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Confidence in working independently in a start-up environment
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Fluent German language skills
