Business Development Manager Opportunity

Digital Waffle is partnering with a leading e-commerce fulfilment company to find a skilled Business Development Manager to join their growing German team. The ideal candidate will be based in Berlin and have a strong drive for generating new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
  • Previous experience in the fulfilment, logistics, or e-commerce industries
  • Solid sales skills and a drive for winning new business
  • Ability to work on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Confidence in working independently in a start-up environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Fluent German language skills
