Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative III to support the Air Force Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for fielding, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance on all components of the EW systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end users of EW/RF systems, including training and maintenance support.
  • Travel to remote forward operating bases to interface with end users and track system use and location.
  • Report user feedback to CONUS logistics and engineering teams and support system repairs and sustainment.
  • Deploy to EUCOM with rotations to AFRICOM, with a duration of 6 months to a year.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years repair/maintenance experience with advanced military electronic systems at the Field and Depot level.
  • Repair and maintenance experience specific to the EW/RF family of systems, with certification for basic field maintenance level.
  • Prior work history reflecting a positive record of past employment.
  • System diagnostic analysis and on-site repair or replacement of defective system assemblies.
  • Maintenance of necessary replacement parts for system repairs.
  • Coordination of systems, equipment, or other items in need of repair.
  • Act as a conduit for operational feedback on the system, with emphasis on human and environmental factors.
  • Perform all activities relating to testing and inspection of inventory items received and provide a report to the COR and ISEA with any discrepancies.
  • Theoretical and practical working knowledge of electronics and basic EW systems.
  • Proficiency in electrical safety principles and guidelines, electronic support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and isolating vehicle DC power distribution faults.
  • Capable of replacing circuit breakers and fuses, light bulbs, switches, and damaged RF connectors.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Work Environment
  • Moderate noise level, with ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
