We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative at our mobile store on the U.S. Army base in Ramstein. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our American clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized sales support to customers, including product recommendations and activation services
- Assist customers with mobile phone contracts and activation processes
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues
- High school diploma or equivalent required; commercial apprenticeship or sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a minimum of B1 level German language skills
