About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Mobilezone on the U.S. Army base in Ramstein. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our American clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with our team to service our customers in the store enthusiastically and provide them with expert advice on our mobile phone products and services.
- Be the first point of contact for all customers who arrive on base and assist them in selecting the right mobile phone contract and plan.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement sales campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; commercial apprenticeship or degree in telecommunications or media preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a minimum of B1 level German language skills.
