Who we are

Since 2000, EUPD Research stands for primary data-based research and consultancy services in the field of environmental and social sustainability. We are active in both the national and international context and align our field of work in the area of environmental sustainability with the four fundamental pillars of the energy transition: Electricity, Heat, Mobility and Energy Efficiency. Against the background of the current ESG transformation, the focus of our expertise is on the technologies of photovoltaics, electricity storage, heat pumps and electromobility.

Aufgaben

Your tasks
- Organisational leadership of our 10-strong market research team
- Support, promotion and further development of the team members
- Supervision and resource planning of research and consulting projects
- Budget supervision and controlling of the department including business planning
- Support, development and supervision of all research projects and processes
- Ensuring effective quality management for all projects
- Further development of existing services and development of new projects
- Preparation of offers for research and consulting projects
- Representation of the department towards clients and service providers in all project phases
- Interface to sales and support of strategic sales processes

Qualifikation

**Profile**:

- University degree with relevant focus, e.g. energy economics, business administration, project management, social science, market and communication research
- 4-5 years of experience in leading project management teams and conducting research and consulting projects in the renewable energy sector
- Sound understanding of energy markets and processes
- Excellent analytical and strategic skills
- Experience in budget planning and control
- Strong process optimisation skills
- Ability to organise and manage projects
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and experience in staff management and development
- Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team and in an interdisciplinary environment
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
