We are seeking a highly skilled Product Service Manager to join our team at Simon-Kucher & Partners. As a key member of our product services team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role

As a Product Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading client-specific delivery and customization projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with our sales teams to conduct discovery meetings, create technical solution presentations, and define digital solution scope. Your expertise in requirements engineering, concepting, and estimating will be invaluable in delivering optimal solutions for our clients.

You will also provide product training to clients, serve as a key contact person during the hyper-care phase, and offer valuable insights to our product management team on client demand, product improvements, and roadmap development.

Your Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in IT consulting or software implementations
  • Technical expertise in creating and discussing technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers
  • Well-founded experience with IT project management and agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and developers
