We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Spin Master Ltd. As a key member of the GAS Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for our brand portfolio.

About You

:
  • You have a strong marketing background with experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • You are proficient in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • You are a creative problem-solver, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.
  • You are a strong communicator, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

The Role

:
  • You will develop and execute marketing plans for our brand portfolio, including brand and product marketing strategy, product positioning, creative strategy briefs, market research and consumer insights, advertising, in-store POP, public relations, licensing relations, e-comm, and targeted consumer/trade outreach and promotions.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to review and implement monthly changes as part of forecasting reviews.
  • You will manage the financial aspects of a portfolio of the brand, including costing and pricing, PL, budgeting, SKU rationalization and profitability analysis.
  • You will participate in sales presentations for large retailers and provide sales tools supporting successful sell-in of the brands.
  • You will manage close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Supply/Demand and Finance teams.

Requirements

:
  • Masters Degree in Marketing / Communications / Business
  • Minimum 3 years relevant marketing experience ideally in the Toy Industry, other kid-related industries (for example toy retail or kid licensing - marketing/licensing/entertainment business) or FMCG
  • Working knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics from media, in-store and consumer promotions
  • Direct experience with the full product development cycle, with a track record of thriving in a growth-oriented and changing environment
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong knowledge of software including: MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Native in German
  • Fluent in English

Salary Range

: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
