We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist to join our team at Actalent in Heidelberg, Germany. As a Scientist, you will play a crucial role in supporting technical and analytical tasks, with a focus on GMP and validation of analytical methods.
Responsibilities:- Perform chromatography methods, including HPLC, Anti HSA Titer HPLC, RP-HPLC, and SEC.
- Conduct spectroscopy and absorbance methods.
- Develop and write analytical documents linked to method validation.
- Support the validation and qualification of analytical equipment.
- Work with electrophoresis and separation techniques.
- Have knowledge of assays and enzyme methods.
- Be responsible for analytical investigations and problem-solving activities.
- Write analytical documents, such as method validation protocols and reports, for chromatographic and other standard analytical methods.
- Ensure that client requirements are fully met.
- Bachelor's or master's degree or PhD in analytical or pharmaceutical science or biochemistry/food chemistry.
- At least 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment.
- Must understand chromatographic analytical methods.
- Professional experience in working on GMP.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical and/or laboratory operations, including spectrophotometers, electrophoresis equipment, ELISA plate readers, and other laboratory equipment.
- Good planning, organizational, and trouble-shooting skills.
