About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our team at RTL AdAlliance, a leading advertising sales house. As a key member of our Product & Revenue Development department, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize profits from our digital portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Finance, and Supply, to drive revenue growth and improve margin
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on revenue and margin development, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting actionable recommendations
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and rate card optimization
  • Monitor and analyze buy-side spends, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and individual agreements

About You

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a strong background in digital advertising environments. You should have:

First-hand experience in digital advertising sales, media agencies, or digital publishersProven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment with cross-departmental collaborationStrong analytical skills, with experience in tools like Excel and Power BIEntrepreneurial mindset, paired with implementation skills and pragmatismExcellent communication skills and fluency in EnglishAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continuous improvement
