Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the lifecycle of digital campaign creation from concept development to execution. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support Paid Social, SEM, Display, Retargeting, and Affiliate campaigns.
- Work closely with our product and analytics teams to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Facilitate A/B Testing, segmentation, and audience building to drive campaign success.
- Collaborate with our business analyst and performance marketing team to oversee weekly performance reporting metrics.
- Lead the execution of email and paid media campaigns, leveraging our systems to improve engagement across all touchpoints.
- Proven experience in running marketing, product, or app campaigns.
- Working knowledge of performance marketing and growth hacking.
- Ability to identify user personas and map user journeys.
- History of teaching yourself new skills and technologies.
- Experience in building reports and sharing experiment insights with other teams.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to do more with less, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
