We are seeking a seasoned Category Manager to lead our Insulation category, driving strategic growth and profitability. As a key member of our STARK Group team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive category strategy, fostering strong relationships with suppliers, and ensuring seamless execution across our European operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a category strategy that aligns with our business objectives, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective category management, including sourcing, procurement, and logistics.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform category decisions.
- Lead and manage category-specific projects, ensuring successful execution and timely completion.
- Proven experience in category management, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
