Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Berner Group. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
