Sales Representative

Become a Part of Our Inside Sales Team

As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on acquiring and nurturing client relationships. You will be an integral part of the Inside Sales division, promoting The Stepstone Group's digital offerings, including online job postings, to both new and existing clients, particularly within small to medium-sized enterprises.

Your contributions will play a vital role in transforming the employment landscape to benefit all stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote our digital solutions to B2B clients across the country via telephone outreach
  • Discover new business opportunities by thoroughly analyzing market trends
  • Deliver personalized consultations to enhance customer retention and grow your client base
  • Independently generate proposals and ensure their successful execution
  • Proactively uncover additional sales opportunities in collaboration with the Customer Service team
