Senior Manager Nature-Based Solutions Lead

To support our team's mission, we are looking for a dedicated professional to develop tailor-made proposals for international organizations, donors, and companies.
As a Senior Manager Nature-Based Solutions, you will:
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage team resources, ensuring effective project delivery.
- Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet project milestones.
- Establish and lead international consortiums to compete for tenders.
- Develop and write consultancy proposals to secure funding from corporate and national and international donors/agencies.
- Conduct performance reviews, support recruiting processes, and contribute to business strategy development.
- Collaborate closely with technical department teams to provide technical feedback and support project proposals.
- Gather intelligence on international cooperation and market trends within the nature-based space.
Your Profile
- University degree in economics, resource management, forestry, agriculture, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in winning tenders with GIZ, World Bank, Green Climate Fund, or other national and international donors with ticket sizes above 2 million USD.
- Proven experience in managing international teams and simultaneous project management.
- Fluency in English; Spanish or French fluency is a plus, with additional languages being an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
