Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Requirements Management Strategist to join our Engineering Enablement organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Requirements Management strategies across the company. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as expertise in Requirements Management processes and best practices.

Develop and implement company-wide Requirements Management strategies aligned with industry standards and best practices;">Manage diverse stakeholders and drive consensus on Requirements Management methodologies and best practices;">Design and deploy a best-in-class tool/integration ecosystem enabling product teams to perform true Requirements Management with end-to-end traceability;">Develop documentation and provide training on Requirements Management and Systems Engineering best practices and tools;">Provide expert support for engineers adopting and using Requirements Management methodologies;">">

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or related discipline;">
  • At least 12 years of experience in Requirements Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field;">
  • Expert-level knowledge of Systems Engineering and Requirements Management processes and best practices;">
  • Experience implementing Requirements Management in the context of industry safety standards and compliance (e.g., IEC61508, ISO26262, and ISO13485);">
  • Hands-on experience with Jama Connect application administration and integration with other product development tools;">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;">
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work well across diverse organizations and geographies;">
  • Preferred qualifications include experience integrating Jama Connect traceability with verification and validation test results and background knowledge of semiconductor design, verification, and validation.">

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in our headquarters location in Wilmington, MA. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including stock options, health insurance, and paid time off. The estimated salary for this role is $145,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
