About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategist to join our team at SAM International GmbH. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to take on a key role in developing and executing sales strategies across the German market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Manage customer relationships, including P&L management, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize short and long-term profit potential.
  • Formulate strategic agendas for assigned customers, building strong relationships and delivering value-added services.
  • Translate sales strategies into actionable plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Requirements
  • University Degree or comparable commercial education.
  • 4+ years' experience in sales, preferably within A-brands.
  • Proven track record managing retailers and excellent knowledge of the retail scene.
  • Budget and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Native German speaker, fluent in English.
What We Offer

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
