About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Tourism. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients via phone and email
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer bookings and reservations
  • Offer personalized recommendations to customers based on their preferences
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of the tourism industry and travel products
  • Proficiency in German language (written and spoken)
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Good geographical knowledge of the world
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
