About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Oil Dynamics in Hockenheim, Germany. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our electric submersible pumps (ESP) and horizontal pumping systems (HPS) in the water, geothermal, and oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain ESP and HPS systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Field Service Support: Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for our customers, resolving technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Electrical or mechanical journeyman, master, or technician degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on ESP and HPS systems.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German and English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
