Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

We are seeking dedicated Field Service Engineers and Junior Field Service Engineers to enhance our operations. This role is pivotal in providing installation and post-sales support for our electric submersible and horizontal pumping systems utilized across various industries including water management, geothermal energy, and oil & gas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Removal: Execute the installation and deinstallation of Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP) and Horizontal Pumping Systems (HPS).
  • Field Service Coordination: Organize essential field service activities, ensuring thorough reporting.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support post-installation.
  • Drive Management: Operate and program variable frequency drives.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee field service inventory and tools.
  • In-House Support: Assist the Service & Packaging Center, including test bench operations and component assembly/disassembly.
Qualifications
  • Journeyman, master, or technician in electrical or mechanical fields.
  • Experience with electric submersible pumps or similar rotating machinery.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
