We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team at I. K. Hofmann in Neuhaus an der Pegnitz.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the timely and accurate preparation and execution of payroll and salary calculations, including certification and documentation.
- Manage time tracking and attendance records.
- Support HR projects and initiatives.
- Process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Develop and maintain employee contracts and certificates.
- Provide reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement personnel development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Completed commercial training with initial experience in the HR field.
- Knowledge of tax and social security law.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Experience with SAP is desirable.
- Structured and reliable work approach.
