Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team at I. K. Hofmann in Neuhaus an der Pegnitz.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the timely and accurate preparation and execution of payroll and salary calculations, including certification and documentation.
  • Manage time tracking and attendance records.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives.
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Develop and maintain employee contracts and certificates.
  • Provide reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement personnel development strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial training with initial experience in the HR field.
  • Knowledge of tax and social security law.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Structured and reliable work approach.
  • High level of commitment and customer orientation.
