Animal Nutrition Business Development Manager

Job Description

ADM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our animal nutrition business in the DACH countries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for unlocking and maximizing the potential of our animal nutrition business in the region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the DACH region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Agri, Agro Engineering, Veterinarian, Business)
  • At least 10 years of experience in the animal nutrition or feed ingredients business
  • Strong business development skills and a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
