Job Description

ADM is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive our animal nutrition business in the DACH countries. This exciting opportunity will involve unlocking and maximizing the potential of our animal nutrition business, with a focus on technical sales, key accounts, and customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the DACH region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. agriculture, business, veterinary medicine)
  • At least 10 years of experience in animal nutrition or feed ingredients sales
  • Strong business development skills and a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
