Animal Nutrition Business Development Manager

Job Description
ADM is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive our animal nutrition business in the DACH countries. This exciting opportunity will involve unlocking and maximizing the potential of our animal nutrition business, with a focus on technical sales, key accounts, and customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the DACH region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. agriculture, business, veterinary medicine)
- At least 10 years of experience in animal nutrition or feed ingredients sales
- Strong business development skills and a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
