We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Lead to join our team in Beijing. As a key member of our interior space team, you will be responsible for leading the development of the vehicle's interior space design, creating experiences for families that align seamlessly with our brand identity.
You will work closely with our 'Smart Space' and engineering teams to create exceptional and innovative forward-thinking products. Your role will also involve establishing a design taste and working culture that harmonizes with our team in Beijing and Shanghai.
- Leverage your expertise in interior design to lead the development of the vehicle's interior space design from initial sketches to final tooling release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development.
- Develop and implement design strategies that meet our brand identity and customer needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or above in industrial or transportation design, and at least 10 years of experience in interior design. You should possess excellent sketching, rendering, and presentation skills, as well as a solid theoretical foundation of interior car design.
