Job Description
This role is responsible for leading the development of the vehicle's interior space design, creating experiences for families that align seamlessly with our brand identity. The successful candidate will help shape the future DNA of Li Auto products going forward, identify, define, and develop future trends in automotive spaces and product sectors, and instill them into our brands' DNA. This position requires a deep understanding of interior car design from sketch to production and the ability to lead a design team from first sketch until final tooling release.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on location and experience
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in industrial or transportation design
- Above 10 years' experience in interior design, with proficiency in using sketch and rendering software and general knowledge of modeling software
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and learning-oriented
- Proactive, creative, excellent time management, and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient English communication and writing skills, with excellent team coordination and communication skills
