This role is perfect for individuals who can help shape the world of Li Auto Space Design, positioning us at the forefront of innovation and technology, driving the interior space experience forward.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the vehicle's interior space design, creating experiences that align seamlessly with our brand identity.
Help lead the design process, involved in creating interior design solutions from initial sketches to design models, and finally to manufacturing releases.
Collaborate with our 'Smart Space' and engineering teams to create exceptional and innovative forward-thinking products.
Assume responsibility for establishing a design taste and working culture that harmonizes with our team in Beijing and Shanghai.
This role plays a crucial part in shaping the future DNA of Li Auto products, helping identify, define, and develop future trends in automotive spaces and product sectors, and instilling them into our brands' DNA.
A Bachelor's degree or above in industrial or transportation design is required. Additionally, above 10 years' experience in interior design, with mastery of sketching, rendering, and presentation skills, is necessary.
Possess a solid theoretical foundation of interior car design from sketch to production, enabling you to lead a design from first sketch until final tooling release.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in using sketch and rendering software, with general knowledge of modeling software.
Excellent English communication and writing skills, as well as team coordination and communication skills.
Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated & learning, proactive, and creative.
Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
