Job Description

We welcome experts who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of Interior Design and are eager to contribute to our team's pioneering work. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the future DNA of Li Auto products, identifying, defining, and developing future trends in automotive spaces and product sectors, and instilling them into our brand's DNA.

The successful candidate will lead the development of the vehicle's interior Space design, creating experiences for families that align seamlessly with our brand identity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design process and creating interior design solutions from initial sketches to design models and final manufacturing releases.
  • Collaborating with our 'Smart Space' and engineering teams to create exceptional and innovative forward-thinking products.
  • Establishing a design taste and working culture that harmonizes with our team in Beijing and Shanghai.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in industrial or transportation design, preferably above a bachelor's level.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in interior design, with mastery of sketching, rendering, and presentation skills.
  • A solid theoretical foundation of interior car design from sketch to production.
  • Proficiency in using sketch and rendering software, as well as general knowledge of modeling software.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, proactivity, creativity, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
