Payroll Officer - Financial Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Officer to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire payroll process for a portfolio of clients
  • Handle employee queries regarding payroll, providing timely and personalized support
  • Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations, including Luxembourg's social security and tax laws
  • Stay updated on payroll legislation and company policies, ensuring best practices are consistently followed
  • Assist junior staff members, contributing to their professional growth through mentorship

About the Role:

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a payroll role within a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four in Luxembourg
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is an asset
  • Solid understanding of Luxembourg payroll laws, social security, and taxation
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills, with a strong client-focused mindset
