We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Consultant to join our team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our Payroll department, you will be responsible for setting up and processing payroll clients in accordance with Luxembourg and foreign legislation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain accurate payroll records for clients;
  • Process payroll transactions efficiently and timely;
  • Liaise with Luxembourg authorities, such as CCSS, CNS, and ITM;
  • Ensure compliance with Luxembourg social security and labour law;
  • Provide exceptional client-focused service and advice;
  • Assist with payroll guidelines and documents to inform clients on payroll matters;
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a fiduciary in Luxembourg;
  • Fluent in French and English (German is considered an asset);
  • Excellent command of payroll software, including APSAL;
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg social security and labour law;
  • Ability to carry out due diligence in social matters;
  • Comfortable with digitalisation and automation processes;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-servicing skills;
  • Ability to provide internal and external trainings;
  • Client-oriented and business development ability.
