Wir suchen einen erfahrenen AML Compliance Specialist, der unsere Strategie und Überwachung der Gesamtstrategie unterstützt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung des Leiters der Monitoring & Screening Funktion bei der Koordination und Bewertung globaler regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Priorisierung und Governance von Programmen und Arbeitspaketen
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen von Regulierungsbehörden und Prüfungsbehörden
  • Ausgestaltung von Abarbeitungsplänen für Feststellungen gegenüber existierenden strategischen Plänen
  • Aufbau und Aktualisierung von Standarddokumentationen
Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich, insbesondere im Bereich der Einhaltung der Vorschriften für die Bekämpfung von Finanzkriminalität
  • Grundverständnis des AML-Finanzkriminalitätsrisikos weltweit und der deutschen Gesetzgebung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- bzw. Programmanagement
  • Fähigkeit zu Priorisieren und komplexe Themen in Arbeitspakete zu gliedern
  • Geübter Umgang mit sensiblen Sachverhalten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Aufsichtsbehörden und Prüfern
