At StoneX, we are seeking a highly skilled AML Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement AML/CTF policies, procedures, and controls to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate suspicious transactions and report to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
- Provide training and support to employees on AML/CTF matters.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance and AML.
- Strong knowledge of German financial crime laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in German and English.
