**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Business Development Manager for the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Marketing:
    • Develop and execute strategic influencer partnerships and campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
    • Identify and collaborate with key influencers in the DACH region to promote our products and services.
  • Public Relations:
    • Secure high-profile publications and media coverage in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and outlets to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Social Media:
    • Manage and grow our social media presence in the DACH region to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Create engaging content tailored to the local audience to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Website Translations:
    • Assist with translating and localizing our website content to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy.
  • Advertising:
    • Work closely with our ads team to develop and translate effective advertising creatives for local campaigns.
    • Ensure all advertising materials are culturally and contextually appropriate for the DACH market.
  • Growth Activities:
    • Implement various activities and initiatives to boost sales growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
    • Continuously explore new opportunities for market expansion and brand visibility.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage the country-specific budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
    • Allocate resources strategically to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Sales Performance:
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Return on Marketing Investment:
    • Optimize marketing spend to ensure a high return on investment.
  • Conversion Rate:
    • Improve the conversion rate of our products in the DACH region.
  • Traffic:
    • Increase website and social media traffic from the DACH countries.
  • Influencer Activations:
    • Successfully activate and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • PR Activations:
    • Secure significant PR activations and media coverage in the region.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, public relations, and social media management, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a results-oriented approach.
