**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Business Development Manager for the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Marketing:
- Develop and execute strategic influencer partnerships and campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Identify and collaborate with key influencers in the DACH region to promote our products and services.
- Public Relations:
- Secure high-profile publications and media coverage in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and outlets to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Social Media:
- Manage and grow our social media presence in the DACH region to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content tailored to the local audience to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
- Website Translations:
- Assist with translating and localizing our website content to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy.
- Advertising:
- Work closely with our ads team to develop and translate effective advertising creatives for local campaigns.
- Ensure all advertising materials are culturally and contextually appropriate for the DACH market.
- Growth Activities:
- Implement various activities and initiatives to boost sales growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Continuously explore new opportunities for market expansion and brand visibility.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the country-specific budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Allocate resources strategically to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales Performance:
- Achieve and surpass sales targets for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Return on Marketing Investment:
- Optimize marketing spend to ensure a high return on investment.
- Conversion Rate:
- Improve the conversion rate of our products in the DACH region.
- Traffic:
- Increase website and social media traffic from the DACH countries.
- Influencer Activations:
- Successfully activate and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
- PR Activations:
- Secure significant PR activations and media coverage in the region.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, public relations, and social media management, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Budget management experience.
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a results-oriented approach.
