**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead our business operations in Spain and LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth plans to drive our business forward and establish YesStyle as the market leader for Korean and Asian cosmetics in these two markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Growth Strategy and Business Development**: Develop, plan, and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives (online and offline) to achieve sales targets in Spain and LATAM. Identify and develop partnerships and collaborations to position YesStyle as the leader for Asian cosmetics in these two markets.
  • **Website Management**: Ensure that our Spanish language online shop presence and content are always optimally localized and updated for the Spanish-speaking markets.
  • **Digital Marketing**: Work with our internal specialist teams as well as external agencies to drive sales and reach through various marketing channels, including search marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • **Networking and Customer Relationship Management**: Represent YesStyle at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs, establish a presence for YesStyle, and identify potential partnerships.

**Requirements**

  • University or technical college degree with a background in (digital) marketing/e-commerce
  • 7-10 years of professional experience, preferably with several years in the beauty sector
  • Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial thinking with the passion to drive growth in a company in a targeted manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with an international team and build business partnerships
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
