About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Energy Transition team. As a key member of our global project management support network, you will be responsible for leading and developing multidisciplinary project teams across different countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop international, high-performing, multidisciplinary project teams in the delivery of offshore foundation design projects.
  • Ensure all project goals are achieved while confirming the company's commitments to our clients by proposing, developing, and providing expert consulting services.
  • Maintain a multidisciplinary approach, including close collaboration with experts both inside and outside of the core design team.
  • Manage projects from concept and feasibility studies through to detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Manage the expectations and relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring effective lines of communication and monitoring progress against the schedule and budget.
  • Oversee the engineering design to the relevant standards for projects, ensuring adherence to the design schedule.
  • Manage commercial and financial aspects of projects, monitoring budget against actual costs, evaluating and mitigating risk, impact assessment and reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project activities are carried out in strict accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Compile and present comprehensive progress reports to project meetings that include analyses of progress against key performance indicators.
  • Develop and manage remedial activities in the event of project deviations to ensure minimal risk to cost and schedule.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to prepare tender documents for new business opportunities.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully directing large and complex projects from study to delivery, ideally within the offshore wind or renewable energy sector.
