Als Führungskraft für Talent- und Organisationsentwicklung bei Hellmann Worldwide Logistics hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Expertise einzubringen und unsere Organisation weiterzuentwickeln. Diese Position bietet dir Entscheidungs- und Handlungsspielraum, Platz für neue und kreative Ideen, das Arbeiten in crossfunktionalen Teams und die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und Kolleg*innen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung und Führung eines mehrköpfigen erfahrenen Teams aus Personal- und Organisationsentwickler*innen
  • Fachliche Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Berufsausbildung in Deutschland
  • Identifikation der Ausbildungs- und Weiterbildungsbedarfe in enger Abstimmung mit den internen Stakeholdern, Produktverantwortlichen und Sparringspartnern innerhalb HR
  • Weiterentwicklung der "Personalentwicklungslandschaft DE"
  • Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Entwicklungssteuerung entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles für alle Ebenen vom Nachwuchs bis zum Top Management
  • Ausbau unternehmens- und branchenübergreifender Netzwerke
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR und sonstigem Management zur Identifikation von Schlüsselpositionen und einer systematischen Talentpipeline
  • Aufsatz und Kommunikation von relevanten KPIs zur Qualitäts- und Erfolgsmessung
  • Begleitung von Projekten mit dem Schwerpunkt Change Management und Kulturentwicklung

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast ein psychologisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie bzw. Personal- oder Organisationsentwicklung oder vergleichbares abgeschlossen
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige HR-Erfahrung, idealerweise in der Personal- und/oder Organisationsentwicklung
  • Du hast idealerweise mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Du bringst im besten Fall einen Abschluss als z.B. Systemischer Berater oder Systemischer Coach mit
  • Du agierst mit einer "Hands-on-Mentalität" und bist lösungsorientiert
  • Du schätzt unterschiedliche Perspektiven und liebst es, aus und mit diesen kundenorientiert die besten Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Du bist kommunikativ, magst das Ringen um tragfähige und nachhaltige Entscheidungen und verstehst es, Teams auch ohne disziplinarische Berichtslinien zu begeistern
