Marketing Experience Intern

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized intern to join our team at the SAP Experience Center in Walldorf. As a Marketing and Experience Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and successful operations of the Experience Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule customer, partner, university, and internal visits and events in the Experience Center.
- Be responsible for scheduling SAP Campus Tours.
- Lead on communication with important stakeholders and partners to clarify planning requirements and expectations for the Experience Center visit.
- Ensure weekly technical coverage of the student workers in the center.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead on clearly defined projects.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills.
- Very structured.
- Results-oriented.
- Strong communication skills (fluent in German and English).
- Team player.
- Open-minded and flexible.
- Proactive.
- Some technical/IT interest.
- Work experience is an advantage (e.g., internships, working student assignments).
