Marketing Internship Experience

The SAP Internship Experience Program is a global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
As a Marketing and Experience Intern, you will be part of our team responsible for the business operations at SAP's Experience Center in Walldorf. We are planning and organizing an outstanding customer experience for customer visits and events.
Your role is crucial for smooth and successful operations at the Experience Center:
- Schedule customer, partner, university, and internal visits and events in the Experience Center.
- Be responsible for scheduling SAP Campus Tours.
- Lead on communication with important stakeholders and partners to clarify planning requirements and expectations for the Experience Center visit.
- Ensure weekly technical coverage of the student workers in the center.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead on clearly defined projects.
We are looking for a very structured, self-driven, and highly motivated intern who takes initiative and stays curious. You will gain cross-functional skills from our virtual and in-person learning sessions, diverse subject matter experts, and project deliverables.
About the team
Experience Centers are innovation hubs delivering an interactive and immersive experience to visitors. SAP Experience Centers make SAP's brand, products, and innovations tangible and deliver a memorable customer experience.
What you'll do
As a Marketing and Experience Intern, you will:
- Face an exciting work environment at the SAP Experience Center Walldorf and be part of our extensive student community.
- Be responsible for scheduling customer, partner, university, and internal visits and events in the Experience Center.
- Lead on communication with important stakeholders and partners to clarify planning requirements and expectations for the Experience Center visit.
- Ensure weekly technical coverage of the student workers in the center.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead on clearly defined projects.
Who you are
You are a student at a university or a university of applied sciences. We're looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious.
The job is for you if you are/have:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Very structured.
- Results-oriented.
- Strong communication skills (fluent in German and English).
- Team player.
- Open-minded and flexible.
- Proactive.
- Some technical/IT interest.
- Work experience is an advantage (e.g., internships, working student assignments).
We are looking for an intern who supports us for 6 months and can be onsite in Walldorf. It is mandatory that you are enrolled at a university during the internship.
