Marketing Intern

We're seeking a highly structured and self-driven intern to join our team at the SAP Experience Center in Walldorf. As a Marketing Intern, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer visits and events. Your responsibilities will include scheduling customer, partner, university, and internal visits and events in the Experience Center, as well as leading communication with stakeholders to clarify planning requirements and expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate customer visits and events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to clarify planning requirements and expectations.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of event details and updates to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and lead on clearly defined projects to enhance the overall customer experience.
