About the SAP Internship Experience Program:

The SAP Internship Experience Program is a global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. The program is designed to give students a chance to gain cross-functional skills, work on real-world projects, and develop a global network of SAP leaders and entrepreneurs.

As a Marketing iXp Intern, you will be responsible for the daily technical and operational support in the SAP Experience Center. You will work closely with other colleagues to prepare customer-specific set-ups for tours in the center, communicate with SAP stakeholders and executives, and drive a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to effectively solve issues.

About the team:

The SAP Experience Center is an innovation hub that delivers an interactive and immersive experience to visitors. Our team is responsible for the business operations at SAP's Experience Center in Walldorf, where we plan and organize an outstanding customer experience for customer visits and events.

We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated intern who has some technical understanding and passion for operational excellence. As a Marketing iXp Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of the SAP Experience Center.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing iXp Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing daily technical and operational support in the SAP Experience Center
  • Preparing customer-specific set-ups for tours in the center
  • Communicating with SAP stakeholders and executives
  • Driving a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to effectively solve issues
  • Supporting the team on operational excellence, project management, and reporting

Who you are:

We are looking for a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences who takes initiative and stays curious. You should have good technical understanding, strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
