About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Factors Engineer to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Human Factors Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing complex human-machine interfaces for our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and validate human-machine interfaces for aerospace applications
  • Support certification processes for civil and military regulations
  • Apply human factors engineering tools and procedures to ensure user-centered design
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing work packages and contributing to the development of human factors engineering work packages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and define the interface between Human Factors Engineering and Avionics
Requirements
  • Completed studies in aerospace, engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
  • Professional experience in hardware and software engineering, including programming
  • Specialization in Human Factors Engineering is required
  • Programming skills are essential
  • Fluent in English, with any other language being a plus
