We are seeking a highly skilled Human Factors Engineer to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Human Factors Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating complex human-machine interfaces for our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-design, design, development, validation, and verification of human-machine interfaces
  • Support to certification according to civil and military regulations
  • Application of human factors engineering specific tools and procedures
  • Work package responsibility
  • Contribution and performance of human factors engineering specific work packages
  • Understanding and defining the interface between Human Factors Engineering and Avionics from different perspectives (HW, SW, Certification, etc.)
Requirements
  • Completed studies in the field of aerospace, engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of hardware and software engineering, including programming
  • Specialization in Human Factors Engineering is required
  • Programming skills are required
  • Fluent in English
  • Any other language is a plus
