Your Future Role:As a Human Factors Engineer (SE) (m/f/d) for our esteemed client, you will engage in the design of human-machine interfaces, ensuring optimal interaction between users and their tasks through advanced technologies and user interface principles. Your contributions will be pivotal in safety validation and certification processes, leveraging engineering expertise and user interface design methodologies throughout the product lifecycle. Key competencies for this role include: System Engineering, Human-Machine Interaction, User Interface/Interaction, User Experience, and Software Ergonomics.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the pre-design, design, development, validation, and verification of intricate human-machine interfaces
  • Assist in certification processes in accordance with civil and military standards
  • Utilize human factors engineering tools and methodologies
  • Take ownership of specific work packages
  • Contribute to and execute human factors engineering tasks
  • Analyze and define the relationship between Human Factors Engineering and Avionics from various perspectives (HW, SW, Certification, etc.)
Your Profile:
  • Degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in hardware and software engineering, including programming skills
  • Specialization in Human Factors Engineering
  • Familiarity with Eurofighter is advantageous
  • Understanding of military operations is a plus
  • Fluent in Business English (both written and spoken)
  • Additional language skills are beneficial
