**About the Role**
As a People Business Partner at OSB AG, you will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing strategic people initiatives that align with our company's goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to and implement a centralized people service model for your business unit, covering the entire lifecycle of employee-related matters for permanent employees, freelancers, contractors, and interns.
- Support people leaders in the business unit to be effective managers, achieving their results with a leadership style that puts the human at the center.
- Support and consult people leaders to build a people strategy in their business unit, covering:
- Current and future talent needs & associated development and career planning
- Organizational development and change management
- Total rewards framework
- Talent and performance management
- Culture development and engagement of the teams
- Provide advice and guidelines on people policies and legal matters, company policies, employment law, international mobility, and health & safety, securing compliance and education within the unit.
- Contribute to people strategy and be an active part of the people business partner group, leading people projects for the wider group, as well as within the assigned business unit.
- Share accountability with team leaders for the performance of the team.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- First experiences in aviation, automotive, or technical industries
- Hands-on mentality with experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong academic credentials and first experiences of broad HR experience, as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Understanding of German labor law and the ability to apply it by supporting leaders in the execution
- Experience in organizational development and change management
- Experience and passion for talent and performance management
- High resilience with the ability to cope with ambiguity, dealing effectively with conflicts, and collaborating well across the organization in a transparent and constructive way
- Good project management skills
- Fluent English language skills
