About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our key account management efforts in the food service and out-of-home sectors.

Job Summary
  • This role involves developing and implementing customized strategies to establish KoRo's innovative food products in airports, restaurants, and other channels.
  • The successful candidate will build long-term relationships with our partners, negotiate agreements, and monitor trends in the travel and out-of-home markets.

In this challenging role, you will also oversee a team of Key Account Managers, promoting their growth and development while driving innovation and success for KoRo.

About You
  • A degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the food service, travel retail, or OOH retail sectors.
  • You should have gained initial experience in a management position and be fluent in English, with German proficiency highly valued.
  • Your expertise includes successfully managing key accounts in dynamic environments and turning strategies into real-world successes.
