About the JobThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join the management team as an Executive Assistant, playing a pivotal part in shaping the organization's growth. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, support the management team in executing the governance model, and handle administrative tasks related to the leadership team.
- Develop and implement agendas for the management team, ensuring timely communication and feedback to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the preparation of communications and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support operational reporting on topics such as HR, finance, insurances, shareholders, and more.
- Collaborate with the office manager on operations and HR to streamline the onboarding process for new employees.
- Organize internal and external events, ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders and successful event execution.
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptable in international and multicultural environments, with fluency in German and English. Proficiency in French is beneficial.
- Effective management competencies, including prioritization, task follow-up, and urgent action handling.
- Interpersonal skills like problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and teamwork to overcome challenges and drive solutions forward.
- Organizational talent, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining track of critical details.
- Advanced computer skills for typical office applications, including template creation and table management.
We seek candidates with:
- An education degree in relevant fields (e.g., business, language, administration, economics) or equivalent experience.
- More than 10 years of professional experience in relevant roles, preferably in agile project environments.
- Experience working with external partners, stakeholders, and supply chains.
- Capability to think strategically and pragmatically, supporting a growing company.
- Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage, and execute multiple simultaneous tasks.
