Join Our Team as a Global Industry Segment Manager

HARTING Electric Stiftung & Co. KG is a leading international supplier of industrial connectivity, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Global Industry Segment Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a sustainable global market strategy, managing markets, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global market strategy to drive business growth and expansion
  • Manage markets, including Automation, Robotics, and Machinery
  • Identify new growth areas and develop tailored go-to-market approaches
  • Lead a high-performing global team of Industry Segment Managers
  • Establish cross-divisional collaboration and drive business results
  • Closely cooperate with Key Account Management to improve in-house share
  • Ensure market- and application-specific communication measures
  • Represent HARTING Technology Group in relevant committees and organizations
Requirements:
  • University degree in Technology or Economics (MSc, MA, MBA)
  • Long-standing professional experience in a similar position and industry
  • Experience in strategy development, budget planning, and business management
  • Previous direct or indirect leadership responsibility for international teams
  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken) and basic proficiency in German
  • Familiarity with global corporate structures and working in matrix organizations
  • Experience in stakeholder management and intercultural cooperation
  • Self-motivated, persistent, resilient, open-minded, and hands-on personality
